Conditions

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Vouchers have no cash value apart from against the purchase of a cake from www.gaycakes.com.au. If the
whole voucher is not used at one time then the balance is available against another purchase only.

All unused vouchers are refundable for up to 30 days after purchase, subject to a $20 administration fee.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser only through the same secure payment system as used for the
purchase. Any other refund method is subject to agreement and may incur an additional administration fee.

Vouchers are non-transferrable other than back to the original purchaser.

Gaycakes will not contact the voucher holder on purchase as we assume that you will wish to do this as part of your
gift giving. We will however send an email when the voucher has less than 6 months validity remaining, if it
has not already been used.
