Only one entry accepted per individual. Entries using invalid DOB or email addresses will be void. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.

Winning voucher is valid until 31st December 2010.

Voucher has no cash value apart from against the purchase of a cake(s) from www.gaycakes.com.au. If the
whole voucher is not used at one time then the balance is available against another purchase only.
The voucher value is valid against a maximum of two cake purchases.

Voucher is not valid against any orders placed prior to 31st March 2010.

Voucher is only transferrable if no value has been used and is transferrable to one other holder only. Once transferred original holder will have no claim against Gaycakes for the voucher value. Requests to transfer the voucher are subject to agreement by Gaycakes and request should be submitted by email to dean.gaycakes@gmail.com

Holding the voucher does not guarantee you availability on any particular date. No dates are confirmed until a design agreement has been prepared and accepted by all parties.

Voucher cannot be used against any delivery fees, cupcake stand hire or other non-cake items.

Additional $100 in voucher value will be given if winning entry holder is a fan of gaycakes on Facebook on 31st March 2010 and remains a fan until voucher is either used or has expired. Facebook membership is free and Gaycakes receives no payment for members who join. No alternative prize amount will be offered to non-Facebook members.

Entry to the competition is taken as your permission for Gaycakes to contact you in respect of cake related matters only. Your information will not be given to any third party unless this is in relation to the processing of an order.
